It is another way of getting the fruits and vegetables that you need, on a regular basis. If you are one of those people who do not prefer fruits or vegetables on their own, I would recommend you try it!
The best and easiest way to juice is, to buy a juicer! It’s also, a good way to save money and make the juice exactly how you want! There are a lot of good ones out there, but my favorite is, the Ninja Professional Countertop Blender from Amazon! It’s perfect for juicing, and it also comes with its own Ninja cups, so you can make it and take it with you!
Juicing is very simple! Just pick your favorite fruits, vegetables, or both and create your masterpiece! Make it fun and remember, it’s an awesome way to give your body the nutrients it needs to heal and rejuvenate!
As I mentioned earlier, this has amazing health benefits! I’m sure you have a busy schedule and sometimes, it’s hard to sit down and eat a 3 course meal, but with juicing, you’re getting your regular serving of fruits and vegetables all in one delicious drink! Your body thrives off of the nutrients that are found in fruits and vegetables!
Juicing has been known to lower cholesterol, help prevent cardiovascular disease, cancer, and different types of inflammatory diseases, such as, rheumatoid arthritis. You can still eat solid foods while juicing, and also, make sure you’re getting the fiber and other nutrients your body needs. It’s just good to incorporate it into your routine, as much as you can, so you can receive the best benefits from it!
So, you have a lot of information, in regard to the health benefits, and now my favorite part, the recipes! Here are 2 of my favorite recipes that I make all the time! I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
This one is my favorite, because one of the health benefits is, it prevents migraines, and it also helps, when I have a migraine!
- ½ pineapple
- 3-4 leaves kale or a bunch of spinach
- 1 stick of celery
- ¼ lemon with peel
- ½ inch ginger root or powder
This one gives me lots of energy!
- 1 cup strawberry
- 1 banana
- 1 cup apple
- 3-4 leaves kale or a bunch of spinach
- 1 tsp Matcha tea powder
These are just a couple of examples, of my favorite recipes! You can make yours however you want! It’s best to try different recipes until you come up with your favorite, and when you do, I would love to hear about it! You can comment below and tell me what you came up with!
